Warehouse Strip Out Kingsgrove

TJC Services completed a full strip out and demolition of a commercial warehouse in Kingsgrove, returning the building to a clean shell ready for the next stage. The works involved removing a series of cool rooms, an internal mezzanine and the supporting structural steel.

The job required a careful sequence of works; soft strip first, followed by mechanical demolition of the heavier structural elements, then the removal and disposal of all waste. Machinery, manual demolition and cutting works were coordinated on-site to keep the project moving safely and efficiently.
