TJC Services was engaged to complete a full strip out and make good of Kyo Sushi Bar at Marina Square, Wentworth Point. The works covered the entire restaurant, including timber feature joinery, the commercial kitchen, ceilings, services, finishes and flooring, all removed back to base building condition.

Operating inside a busy shopping centre, the works were carefully dust controlled and scheduled after-hours to minimise disruption to surrounding tenants and shoppers.

Scope Of Works

Removal of timber joinery, feature walls and signage
Full commercial kitchen strip out
Ceiling, ducting and services removal
Flooring removal and concrete grinding
Wall grinding and walls stripped back to base building condition
Strict dust control measures to protect neighbouring tenants and shoppers
Removal and disposal of all waste
Final clean and handover
All works were delivered within the required timeframe and in full compliance with building management and safety requirements
