TJC Services was engaged to complete the full demolition and make goods of a former gym site of 1,600sqm. The scale of the project required a large crew, extensive resources and tight coordination of bins and waste streams to meet a strict 2-week deadline.

The space was handed back as a clean empty shell, ready for the incoming tenant to begin their fit out. The client was extremely happy with the result and the team’s ability to deliver on a tight timeframe.

Scope Of Works

  • Demolition of all internal walls, ceilings and doors
  • Decommissioning and removal of ductwork
  • Switchboard removal and electrical/lighting disconnects
  • Strip out of amenities and hydraulic cap offs
  • Removal of all floor coverings
  • Concrete floor grinding
  • Make good of perimeter walls
  • Safe removal and disposal of waste
  • All works were delivered within the required timeframe and in full compliance with building management and safety requirements
